Refund & Return Policy
7-Day Easy Returns
If a product doesn't meet your expectations, raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Fall/pico or stitched-to-measure items cannot be returned unless defective.
How Refunds Work
Once the returned item passes our quality check (2–3 days after pickup), refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Received something damaged or incorrect? Share unboxing photos/video with support within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Exchanges
Size exchanges for stitched garments are subject to availability. Contact support and we'll do our best to arrange one.
